Shipping Policy – PixelArt
All our products are made to order (print-on-demand) through our provider Printify. This means each order is produced especially for you after the purchase is made.
Production time: 2–7 business days depending on the product and provider location.
Estimated shipping time:
- United States and Canada: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
We ship worldwide, with the exception of some restricted countries. Total delivery time is the sum of production time plus shipping time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. PixelArt is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
